Green Paradise
The Green Paradise Party is our largest fundraiser, held at the end of the summer. The gala features food, music, a silent auction with all of the proceeds going toward the preservation of the city's urban forest.
Arbor Day Celebration

Arbor Day is a nationally celebrated observance that encourages tree planting and care. Baton Rouge Green hosts the city's Arbor Day Celebration on the third Friday in January to thank its members and volunteers for their continued support of the organization.

Tree Sales

Baton Rouge Green holds a tree sale each year, known as the Fall Tree-For-All. This event kicks off the planting season by offering the public a wide selection of shade, flowering and fruit trees. Baton Rouge Green sells plants grown within 100 miles of Baton Rouge and often features many hard-to-find natives such as paw paw, persimmon, mayhaw, and bigleaf magnolia.

In the Spring Baton Rouge Green holds an online tree sale.  Log on to the website, select the type of trees from a detailed list with pictures and pick up your order a couple of weeks later.
